0530-1930, Started off in the 70s at the Sea, up to 80s in the mountains by the afternoon.

Ramer Lake, Imperial Wildlife Management Area, Salton Sea (Pound, Beach, Johnston Roads), Black Mountain and Fulmor Lake in the San Jacinto Mts.
99 species (too much time in the mountains), 486 miles total

Goals were Glossy Ibis and Black-tailed Gull, but didn't find either. Did get a seasonally rare Northern Harrier. Black Mountain Road was wonderful, with Mountain Quail and chicks, White-headed Woodpecker feeding young, a singing Fox Sparrow, and circling flocks of Violet-green Swallows. Back to Yuma in time to see some fireworks from home!
